The SCS Personalised Apron Campaign ("Campaign") is open only to residents of Peninsular Malaysia with a valid MyKad and address in Malaysia, above the age of 18 [“Participants”] except for the following:
Potential participants and/or reward recipients shall further be required to provide proof of their identity (Identification Card/Passport) as more particularly stated herein below (applicable for prizes participants only) to redeem their prizes.
The campaign begins on 5 September 2024, 12:00 AM and ends on 2 October 2024, 11:59 PM. All entries received outside the campaign period will be automatically disqualified.
All entries must be received via the online redemption form: www.scscontest.com
All entries must not contain any form of political, sexual or inappropriate references. This code of ethics automatically binds all participants upon entering the competition. The Organiser has the right to revoke any entries it deems ‘indecent’ or ‘inappropriate’. In the event of a disqualification, the Organiser need not provide any form of reason or explanation to any said party. Any appeals regarding revoked entries would not be entertained, with all decisions final.
In the case of a similar entry, the participant with the earlier submitted entry will be deemed the original content provider, the latter automatically disqualified. All decisions made are final, no appeals will be entertained. SCS Malaysia reserves the right to disqualify inappropriate entries.
Purchase a minimum of RM30 of SCS products in one receipt from a participating supermarket in Peninsular Malaysia throughout the Campaign period.
Fill in the online registration form on Campaign’s website with your particulars. Upload and submit the purchase receipt. Redeem from this website (www.scscontest.com)
Sit back and wait for the arrival of your personalised apron as we print and deliver to your doorstep.
The Receipt must be in the form of printed receipts from Point of Sale systems of participating supermarkets.
Receipts for purchases from online platforms (e.g. Village Grocer Online, GrabMart, PandaMart, or any other online services) are not accepted.
The Receipt must bear the Product’s name, purchases value worth minimum RM30 of SCS products, date of purchase, receipt number, and name and/or logo of the outlet [“Receipt Details”] at which the purchase was made.
Participants must retain the original receipts submitted throughout the Campaign Period for verification and redemption of prizes. Failure to present the original receipt shall result in forfeiture of the prizes.
Unclear, illegible and incomplete receipt pictures will be disqualified.
Participants must complete their redemption to the campaign by filling up the form with their personal particulars and purchase receipt at www.scscontest.com. By completing the form, Participants are deemed to have acknowledged that all information provided is true. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify Participants in the event of the discovery of false information.
Participants may submit multiple entries for this campaign and each entry must be accompanied by a unique receipt. Prizes are limited to the first 5,000 eligible entries received during the Campaign Period.

Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. In the event of a prize being unavailable for any reason SCS Malaysia reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
Prizes must be accepted in the manner set out in the Participant Notification. In the event that any Participant Notification is returned as undeliverable or any Participant fails to reply to a Prize Notification within 3 days, SCS reserves the right to disqualify the Participant and select an alternative Participant.
The prize for selected participants will be posted to the mailing addresses provided and the selected participants will be notified by email.
Email address used for the entry should be a valid working email for the Organiser to contact the participant. Invalid email addresses will be forfeited and prizes will be passed on to the next eligible participant.
The Campaign Entities are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the Campaign (or any part of Campaign) is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures beyond Organiser's control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Campaign (or any part thereof), Organiser reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign and/or disqualify any individual who tampers with the Campaign.
In such an event, the Organiser shall conduct the Campaign, select the prize participants and make rewards available in a manner which is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules, as determined by the Organiser in its sole discretion. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, information/materials related to the Campaign (including points and e-mails indicating that entrant has reached a point threshold); or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email to be transmitted/received/recorded on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Campaign. Without limiting the foregoing, Organiser also disclaims any liability for e-mail notifications not timely received (or not received at all) by a given entrant whether due to classification of the e-mail as SPAM, technological/programming/electronic error, failure or malfunction or other cause.
Entrants further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Campaign and/or prevent others from participating in the Campaign. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE OR WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CAMPAIGN VIOLATES CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, ORGANISER MAY DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRANT MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
By participating, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Organiser, which shall be final and binding in all respects and not subject to appeal. By participating in this Campaign, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Campaign Entities, as well as each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns, and Facebook, (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Campaign and/or acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of the prize or any reward. By participating, participants also authorize the Organiser to use their name, voice, likeness, photograph, prize information (if applicable), biographical data and city and state of residence in programming, advertising and/or Campaign material or on a participant's list (if applicable) without compensation to the extent permitted by law. The Organiser is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Organiser's sole discretion, without obligation or compensation.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and/or Released Parties in connection with the Campaign, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Malaysia. To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrant agrees that (a) any such action shall be brought by entrant individually (not as part of a class action); (b) his/her recovery shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred in participating in the Campaign (if any) with all right to other recovery (including damages of any kind and attorneys' fees) being expressly waived.
